It`s a tricky one, I`ll admit to that. I don`t have my guitar with
me, so I`m not 100% on this, but it`s some kind of c-cord, and then goes
into c/h for the refrain.
The opening is like this:

The refrain continues in the same way, only alternating between c
and h (B?) on the fifth string(3&2 second fret).
The rest of the song basically follows suit. Just find out what John
is playing, and take it from there.
