Subject: Life to Go
In Stonewall Jackson's song "Life to Go," which
incidentally was written by George Jones, there is one last verse. Once
again, I hate to see such a good classic go unfinished, so if you will
allow me, I would like to share this last verse with your visitors:
Well I'll bet there ain't a man outside who's spent this long in jail.
I'll be inside this prison 'til my body's just a shell.
No, I'm not free to go and see the one's that I love so.
I've been in here eighteen years and still have life to go
I still have life to go
(repeat and fade)
If all goes well, I will have this on my next CD to be released in mid
to late summer.
Merry Christmas
