Well to start with I have read a lot of flood tabs
and they were ALL WRONG, so here is the real thing
Jars of Clay uses the tuning EABEBe in a lot of their
songs and Flood is one of those songs.
EABEBe tuning
capo on the third fret:
All tab relitive to capo: fret 3=0)
C (505050)
G#(101010)
A#(303030)
G (020000)
Intro
C G# A# G x4
Verse
C A# G G x4 (with palm mute)
Pre-Chorus
C A# G G x4 (without palm mute)
Chorus
C G# A# G x4
Verse
Pre-Chorus
Chorus
Then there is a violin solo where the guitars are silent
When they start singing again the chords are
C G# A# G x3 (with palm mute)
C G# A# (with palm mute)
Then they hit the chorus once or twice more
The End

Verse 3/Solo (regular tuning)

G---------------2---------------0---------------0----------0-0h2|
B-----------0---------------0---------------0-------------------|
e---------------------------------------------------------------|
I don't this is the exact thing that they play but I can't tell much of a
difference, even when I'm playing with the CD. Have Fun. (If you want a wave
file of how the third verse sounds, write to me at spiderman0099@aol.com or
spiderman009@hotmail.com and I'll mail you one.)
