If you're interested, Bonnie Raitt recorded it on her "Nick of Time" album, which also has lots of other excellent stuff (of course). She plays this with just a steel-guitar and very minimal backup rhythm - no percussion, no nothing else, and the effect is jaw-dropping beautiful.
